I have put up with the poor service and communication regarding my security cameras because it was going to be difficult to find another vendor. However after this last incident whereby nobody will respond to me about a service call I am definitely changing. My camera has been down for a week and I have not had a response to my service request. My cheap dlink cameras in my house work better.
