Review content:
I have put up with the poor service and communication regarding my security cameras because it was going to be difficult to find another vendor. However after this last incident whereby nobody will respond to me about a service call I am definitely changing. My camera has been down for a week and I have not had a response to my service request. My cheap dlink cameras in my house work better.

Hugh, I am very sorry that we did not meet your expectations regarding your security camera repair. I know that we left a message at your house to try and schedule an appointment, but we didn't realize you were out of town. We are constantly trying to improve our communication and response time and I hate that we let you down. Please let us know if we can be of service in the future.
