I purchased 2 Speed Queen dryers and 1 Speed Queen washer. I have been a regular service customer of Dick Van Dyke's for years. My machines break down regularly. 2 of the 3 broke down in the first week. I have a horrible time getting service. Despite being a repeat customer, it often takes days to get someone out - sometimes a week. The ads portray a WOW! experience on the service side - I am completely disastified with the speed of service I have received over the years. It has created great problems for me.

The last service call that was ran on your appliance was in 2013. I am assuming because of the limited information on your review I may be looking at the wrong information in our system.
