I purchased a dishwasher from DVD. I was informed that my dishwasher was going to be delivered on Jan. 9 2016 I received a phone call on Wednesday Jan 6, 2016 to confirm the date so I waited all day on JAN 9 for DVD at 2 p.m on They still had no shown up so I call DVD and talked to them and they informed me that My dishwasher was not on the delivery truck and they didn't know where my dishwasher was and they would have a manger call me Monday to set a new date well I never received a phone call Monday or Tuesday so I went out to DVD told me I was scheduled for Jan 18 I told them that not what I agreed to I informed them they cost me overtime at my work so they need to cut the price they refused so I informed them that my money must not be good here so I am going somewhere else to purchase a dishwasher.

We do appreciate the opportunity you gave us regarding your GE dishwasher purchase. The unit you selected was not in-stock in our warehouse as you were informed at the time of purchase. We placed the order with GE and learned the appliance was on a short back-order which we later learned would delay your delivery by about 5 or 6 days. As of January 6, we were still hopeful that we could accommodate your original delivery date of January 9. We held out hope until January 8 when we notified you that the appliance would be not be in on time. On January 9, you entered our Springfield location to cancel the order which we did without any discussion. This conversation you had in person was with the store manager and did not necessitate a follow-up. GE has since shipped the requested appliance which we now have in-stock and not committed to any customer. If interested, please give us a call and we will schedule installation at a day and time around your work schedule.
