Needed a new refrigerator; started at Lowe's for benchmark, but wanted to buy local so went to DVD. They matched Lowe's sale price and delivery/set-up policy. Personable, helpful salesman Michael found my preferred model, ordered color we wanted and promised delivery in a week. They called to verify on Thursday and delivered on Friday without a hitch. Installers efficient, professional and courteous. They made sure we were completely satisfied before they left. Will definitely return to DVD for my next appliance.
