I called a few days ago about pricing and availability on a new GE Profile Dishwasher. They were higher than everyone but I like to support local business. I went in person today to buy it, and waited over 15 minutes while 1 sales lady casually talked to the counter service person and the other never bothered to come talk to me. The 3rd was busy at the counter with another customer... I left after the 15 minutes and passed by the one sales lady, who looked at me, but never said anything. So much for supporting the local guy vs the big box store...

We strive for the best customer service in the area and try to staff accordingly. This particular Monday was a holiday and our Sales Supervisor called out sick and we did our best to cover for the shortage. The sales associate you are speaking of was working with one of our certified installers to correct an issue for a customer that was on hold by telephone. We certainly regret not being able to assist you in a timely manner and the staff has been instructed to better acknowledge the presence of all customers, even if not able to properly assist in a timely fashion.
