I have a Karastan carpet with silk, smart twist fibers that requires special care when cleaning. Doug took extra steps in cleaning to protect the fibers from damage. He had to come back out a second time but got it clean. Hydro Clean guarantees their work and cheerfully made the 2nd trip to make sure I was satisfied. They used wall and door protectors so that equipment did not damage my home. Doug was very polite and considerate; Brandon was available every time I called and extremely efficient. Another company I called had an answering machine and never returned my call. I would definitely recommend Hydro Clean for carpet cleaning.
