We knew our air conditioner needed to be replaced...(it was 14 years old) but we were hoping it would last longer. One day on a Thursday night, the house was hot and I told my husband what is going on? He checked and said the air con needs to be checked. We didn't know who we were going to call, but we had seen a commercial on tv just that morning and decided to call. I got a hold of someone, told her the problem, and they sent out Richard the very next day. He advised us of the problem, and in the end we got a new unit. Both Richard and Roland were great, they explained everything to us, and installed the new unit. I feel great now, and I know we did the right thing. Thanks guys!
