We purchased a panel-ready dishwasher (we furnished panel) and were scheduled to have a "senior" installer to put it in. Two very nice young guys came instead and were very late and clearly over their heads. They spent two hours before announcing they could not complete the job until an electrician did more work (unknown and not previewed in sales info). After having that done (electrician said the extra work was unnecessary), a real senior installer came and did a great job in 45".
