John Stock was very helpful and knowledgable when we shopped for a new dryer. We had one issue when the delivery was made, the door on the dryer had not been switched as we had requested. John was right on top of the issue and the serviceman was at our home the next business day to switch the door at no extra cost. He followed up with us to make sure we were happy and that all was good.
