Very good experience. Purchased dishwasher @ Decatur store, was told what day it would be installed. First thing that morning, I was called to confirm they would be here between 9-12. at 9...installer called said he would be here in 40 min. Was here in 30. Inspected, installed and was gone by 11. I'm very impressed with the professionalism of the installer and his detailed work ethic. I will definitely used DVD in the future.
