Unfortunately during my cats 6 day stay he was injured. Upon picking him up at Petropolis in Chesterfield, MO he had an open wound on the back of his neck about 2 inches wide/ 1 in long! They did not notify me of this on my daily calls to check in. I took my cat directly to the Veterinary Care Center next door for immediate treatment. The vet that cared for him said the wound was 'obvious' and that it should not have been missed by the pet-care staff. Mysteriously the Petropolis staff has no idea what happened to my cat whilst in their care. Oh, and to add insult to injury the owner of Petropolis, Paul, asked that my cat and I not return. Are you kidding me???
