After seaking help through Lowe's knowing that they sold the AquaGlass Jetair bathtub I was given a phone number to the manufactor in California. When I called and was put on HOLD, I was then told they did not have anyone local in Las Vegas that could help me. Imagine,(their customer service is in sleep mode) I then Called Larkin as my daughter had asked me to and low and behold Larkin was able to send someone out the same day. Not only was he able to restore the pump back to use, he was able to share with us how things work with our pump. Keith is a people person and considerate. He saved the day.
