Terrible customer service 6/23/2015

We have been waiting over 3 months for a refund credit to our credit card. We've called several times and are told the refund would be issued and it has not been. We purchased a gift for our. Daughter and son in law who live in Springfield. We live in Naperville and have never experienced such a customer service nightmare. RESPONSE FROM Dick Van Dyke Appliance World: We thought we had addressed this refund when the accessory was returned to our Springfield store. After further investigation, we did see that the paperwork on our end had been processed for a refund but the actual credit card reimbursement had not been made. This bookkeeping error has been corrected and we have emailed your family copies of the receipt showing a full refund. We apologize for the oversight and thank you for bringing it to our attention.
