I used Oops before they got really big and they did a wonderful job. I recommended them to others. However, I just had them at my house this morning in my new house, a little bigger carpet area and was quoted $550. That is beyond crazy! I will not pay that much for carpet cleaning when I am sure they are not the only ones in the city of Houston that can get the job done. I think all the customers they have received from Michael Berry has gotten to their head. I called my friend I just recommended them to, to hold off lets see what the other people I called can do for my carpets.
