Rolf's Import Auto Service has great customer service consultants! I have used them before, and I keep coming back because I have a European vehicle- a BMW- that needs to be maintained properly, and they are conveniently closer than the dealership. When you have a problem with a vehicle, they will tow the car within a certain mile radius. They have great customer service- the quality of the technicians' communication is superb.
