I would like to differentiate a little bit between the sales and installation of the carpet I bought from Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors. On the sales side, everything went very well. The guy who sold me the carpet was great. He was knowledgeable and helpful and made the experience easy. However, when the carpet was installed, the installers put the seam for the pad right in the middle of the doorway. There is now a crunch anytime you walk in because of the seam tape they put on it. In short, Abbey Capitol Floors & Interiors has great customer service, but is slightly lacking when it comes to installation.
