Set up appointment to go over Mitsubishui ductless heat pumps. He didn't bring any material about them. Tried to sell me a single ductless system to cover my entire house with multiple registers, running lines from the one unit, only cost 10,000 dollars.
Then tried to sell me a 13,000 dollar system to replace my current old system which included sealing the present duct work, came with 10 years of service calls. No mention of any other options.
Then he discovered my current system is split.
At times claimed systems on average last 10-12 years, later claimed 20 years.
