Update to my previous review. I have called Sprint customer Service 2 times now and put a formal complaint in, I then looked at my bill and realized that I was not given the discount Angela H promised, I was charged the activation fee that she said ""oh no you will not be charged that I will make sure all you are charged in 10.00 extra"", and oh yeah the Upgrade fee was also billed that I was never told about. And did the store in Plantation Florida in the Fountains tell me that when the looked up y account ??? NO and did the Customer service representative I spoke with on May 2nd tell me? NO this was actually a wonderful surprise I got when I looked at my bill on line. My only message to Angela H is that I believe in Karma and for you to take advantage of me when I was grieving and distraught for my sister loosing her husband I can only imagine how Karma may be your biggest regret-""Good intent and good deed contribute to good karma and future happiness, while bad intent and bad deed contribute to bad karma and future suffering."" \r ""Treat others the same way you want them to treat you.
