This was the first time I worked with Animal Kingdom. I didn't have an appointment with them, but I called early in the morning, and the receptionist told me they could squeeze my Shih Tzu in if I got there before 10. The appointment finished before 2 p.m, and the experience was friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. I would recommend them.
