We are building a new home and were referred to Paneltown by our flooring subcontractor to narrow down our options. Jim asked if I needed any help & was a wealth of information - very professional and courteous, answered all my questions without making me feel like he was actually trying to "sell" me anything. Not only explained differences in species & grade, but gave me a few samples from the warehouse to take home. They have an outstanding selection and many samples installed on the floor which really helped me narrow things down.So glad this is whom my subcontractor is going to use!
