Appointment was at 11: am. Car was taken into garage bay at time of appointment & returned to parking lot in approximately 20 minutes. It took another hour and 10 minutes to get paperwork & to pay for inspection, at 12:30 pm. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Unless you can get your paper work process together, I can no longer recommend you. I came to this business for years, new owners need to make serious changes.
