The appliances arrived in excellent condition, the old stove was removed after a minor difficulty was solved. The new stove was installed and a brief explination of it's features was provided.
The new microwave arrived an hour later and the installation was quick and effecient. The minor physical work that was required was done and clean up was provided.
The service men were efecient, cordial, and very helpful.
