We purchased a washer and dryer combo with a delivery scheduled for "last install" Saturday. An old phone number was listed on our account at time of sale. We informed the salesman of the new number and we were told they would call us in the cell phone number. Saturday comes with no call all mornimg. At 3pm I finally called to locate the delivery. I was told they could get a hold of us, since our phone was busy. I asked what number -it was the old number. She took down my number and said the installation & delivery crew would call and let us know when, but we are scheduled between 2-6pm. Waited until 5:35pm. Still no call. I called again. The store was closed. I finally found an answering service option on their phone menu. We explained the situation and received a call back within 15minutes. The delivery arrived just after 6pm. The delivery man did a good job and installed our new set. I guess the moral of our story is expect everything to be good with Dick Van Dyke, except their use of the telephone.
