I had a very good experience, it was my first time in this office but not my first time at an Aspen Dental. I was very happy that my checkup appointment turned into an appointment to have a procedure done. Major kudos to Dr Rose; she is the reason I changed to this office. She has excellent chair side manners, is very positive to the patient and to her assistant. I would absolutely recommend her.
My only problem with the visit was when I was told how much money I have left with the credit department; we disagree by the cost of a crown. Brittney was the office manager from another office and was good at her job and put in an inquiry to find out why the money difference. But it would have been nice to know before I left.
