Jeff Weathers was quite helpful from the first time my wife entered the Champaign-Neil Street store and throughout our appliance remodel search. Ordering and installation process went smooth. However, the installer connected the dishwasher to the new garbage disposal even though we had a separate waste line for the dishwasher. Dishwasher didn't drain so we contacted the store. They sent a technician right away. Once he found out the garbage disposal was new he disconnected the line and discovered the plug was still in the disposal. He left the plug in and routed the line to the dedicated waste line I had installed. Therefore things are as they should be thanks to great response! Light bulb went out in the oven after just three days but we replaced it ourselves. If it goes out again I'll contact the store and I'm confident they'll check it out in record time. Thanks!
