I had a GREAT experience at the Dick Van Dyke Alliance World in Bloomington, Il. The lady that assisted me, Hillary Davison, with the part I needed for my dryer was so nice and polite and helped me so much. She turned a stressful situation into a awesome experience and I would recommend that store to anyone!
