Russ, who guided us through the buying of a new washer was outstanding. He assisted my wife and me through the different types of systems now available and that gave us the insight to pick what we needed. Very enjoyable experience which isn't always the case when buying an appliance.
Shawn and Sean did a very good job with the installation. They were thorough and had the machine installed quickly and correctly.
