Very pleased with our salesman Mike Dal Pozzo, delivery men and installation technicians. Everyone was very professional and easy to deal with. Mike was very patient and answered all our questions and went the extra steps to make sure we got the correct rebates. I will say I thought I thought some the prices were a bit high, but when I compared all the prices with other vendors and included rebates, delivery and extended warranty, DVD beat the other retailers by several hundred dollars at the minimum. I did find there was no haggling for prices which disappointed me.
DVD went out of their way to make us satisfied. We bought 3 kitchen appliances considered a step below professional quality, so it wasn't inexpensive. The techs were efficient and very good when it came to installing all 3 products.
If I had one negative, it would be there front office in dealing with inquiries/questions that came up before and during the install process. It's not that they weren't helpful, it just seemed like they didn't have a quick way to access our purchase information and put us on hold for longer than they I think they should have. It was always hard to get through to them on the phone and they would call you back, but if weren't near a phone, it meant you ad to call back and start the process all over.
