First of all, Brandon [I4] the person who delivered this fridg did so with great concern for not damaging my house. He professionally moved the old fridge out and the new one in and assembled the ice maker and got it user ready and did so with a smile and great conversation. Great job! The buying experience for this refridgerator was interesting. I bought an 18 ft3 fridge and it was too small according to my wife. So being the husband I am for the last 30 some years I called DVD appliance world and told them what I had done and that "I really need a22 ft3 fridg; can you help me out with this mistake that I made. DVD, being the retailer they are was able to switch out the small fridge for a bigger one with a minimum up charge. Greg, handled this in the Springfield store and was extremely understanding and accommodating. Thanks Dick Van Dyke! You got me out of a jam!
