The WORSE experience I've ever had!.\r

Called the florist requesting a specific arrangement. I was told that it could be completed and delivered the same day -- fib #1. \r

Was quoted a price that included deliver charges, I was ok with the charges -- received my bill there was an upcharge of a $50 -- fib #2\r
\r
Arrangement was not delivered until next day -- up-charged for that -- fib #3.\r
\r
Was told I would be reimbursed the delivery charge -- fib #4.\r
\r
There was no communication to me about the change in charges and change in pricing. This is bad business practice...I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!
