After we got back from vacation, we noticed our water heater was leaking. Since the heater was very close to the wall, the leak damaged our dry wall. We called Roto Rooter. Two guys, who came out to give us an estimate, were very professional. They went to the store to pick up our newly purchased water heater, delivered it to our home and installed it the same day. We are very pleased with the service. My only complaint is the following: I noticed two dents in the new water heater (one was about 1 foot long, another was about 1-2 inches long with paint damage). I'm not blaming the Roto rooter installers for the damage, but my spouse seems to think they damaged it while wheeling in since it came brand new in a box. Aside from the dent in the new product, we are very happy with the service performed.
