Purchased my Bosch dishwasher from Andy Hoffman at the Bloomington Store. He understood my needs, made several recommendations and was able to get it installed before the holiday weekend. This is our first purchase at Dick Van Dyke, and we will be back when we need another appliance. I was very impressed with Andy and he is one of the reasons I purchased here instead of the other four stores I looked at. The installation process was equally outstanding. I received my call before 9:00 in the morning the day of to let me know my window, and then 30 minutes before arrival ( just as promised). James was very polite efficient and clean...I also highly recommend him. We will be sharing this great experience with family and friends!
