The reason why I'm giving 4/5 stars is because after my new-used car was "cleaned" for me to take home, there were spots left on the windows with the marker they use for prices and there was a DEAD MOTH left in the back corner window. I also found the little vines from grapes in the cup holder of my drivers side. Very disappointed that it wasn't spotless when given to me and that definitely took away from my "I just bought a new car" excitement. But, salesmen and managers were kind and helpful. I love my car.
