Very disappointed and still no resolution. 1. Purchased Induction cook top and GE Dishwasher April 14 2.Installation April 24. Found out we needed 40 Amp Service and had 3. 30AMP (salesman says all cook tops need 40 AMP now and assumed we had 40 AMP. Never asked us, Installer info contradicted this). 4.We had Electrician in next day. Could not get reschedule until 6 May. 5. 6 May-Installer showed up though we had a slide in range and had it on hand. Had to reschedule for 13 May. Without a functional cook top for 2 1/2 weeks. 6. 13 May installed and very nice installer. Dishwasher Installed 24 April but not under the counter because they did not have a special bracket for Granite counters. Never mentioned by Sales man. Installer said simple fix. I have contacted the salesman Bob Green 5 times now with the last being 2 weeks ago and still the dishwasher protrudes from the counter. If we don't get this taken care of ASAP I want you to come, disconnect it and return it. The salesman sold it to us because it was suppose to be under the cabinet. I have spoken to your salesman about your appliance purchase. The issues you experienced with the electrical supply is outlined in the installations instructions. I apologize if my salesman neglected to share with you the electrical requirements of your new cooktop. We typically find that the contractor working in your home reviews the electrical requirements and makes all the necessary changes prior to our arrival. When we installed your dishwasher we side mounted the appliance to the cabinets in accordance with manufacture specifications. However, after the installation was completed you wanted more of a flush mount installation. The flush mount installation requires the granite countertop company to install a securing mechanism under the countertop. We value your business and hope to resolve this issue for you in a timely manner. Therefore, we contacted a countertop company and purchased the mounting installation hardware to complete the installation to your satisfaction. Thank you for your patience and your future patronage.
