Same day service GUARANTEED! MY $@!#%!!!!!! I just called noting the time that it is 10:35am Friday and can NOT get a tech out here until TUESDAY AFTER NOON!!!!! I have had a tech out here for the same issue on my washer 3 other times in the last 6 months...but I will not qualify for a replacement due to the fact it has NOT been 4 DIFFERENT problems!!!!! Pretty sure if a washer wont spin out all the water it makes it pretty pointless to use.....i have purchased a washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher and $3000 stove from dick van dyke and am VERY Disappointed in the service of the any aftermath situations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RESPONSE FROM Dick Van Dyke Appliance World: I apologize for the inconvenience we may have caused by not completing the repair of your appliance on the first visit. I have researched the service history on your washing machine and it appears we are replacing the transmission, motor and belt. I was relieved to find out that your $500.00 repair is covered under our exclusive 5 year/10 year warranty. Unfortunately, due to the vast number of appliance parts we didnt have your parts in stock. Our 250,000.00 dollars worth of inventory is the most commonly installed appliance parts. Our parts suppliers work tirelessly to expedite our shipments to prevent any lengthy delays.
