I like the product but i hate the delivery service. They delivered my washer and dryer but found out that my vinyl siding is broken from the door knob of my storm door after they left. They let me sign the waiver too early not even done installing my item yet. i contacted them re: my concern and not covering or paying anything. I end up paying the damage they made. RESPONSE FROM Dick Van Dyke Appliance World: Im sorry to hear about your negative experience with my installation department. It is unusual to hear this type of complaint about my installation department. We have many procedures in place to document any damages. We have a form called the pre-inspection and post-inspection form that all of our customers are required to sign when we complete our installation. The form is used to inspect the delivery path and installation location for any damages after installation. My records indicate you signed the form agreeing that we didnt damage your home or the appliance during the installation process. We appreciate your patronage, but we are unwilling to pay for a repair that may have been caused by someone other than a Dick Van Dyke Inc. employee. Thanks again for your business.
