Once again, Appleton-Campbell has come through with outstanding service! My kitchen faucet sprung a major leak. I called the company immediately and "voila," because I was an HSA member, I was put on the fast-track for a call back. I received a phone call within fifteen minutes and was told that "Levi" was on his way to remedy the situation. Levi arrived in the pouring rain and diagnosed the problem immediately. Unfortunately, the old unit could not be saved BUT he had several units on board his truck that would fit. He carefully explained my options, the cost involved, and how long it would take to install the new unit. The installation was quick and done in a very professional manner. Levi was outstanding in all respects: his professional appearance, his friendliness, and, of course, his thorough knowledge of his craft. My wife and I are very happy with our new kitchen faucet. Way to go Appleton-Campbell!
