If I have one criticism, it's not to use your techs as salesmen. I think you should advertise products and services to customers (via e-mail or USPS mailings) and if the customer has questions, then the tech can go into detail (e.g., electronic filters, humidifiers, UV bacteriostatic lights, etc.). I realize all service organizations do this, especially automotive repair shops (mostly dealers) but I don't like it. Also, I like the way App Camp gives back to the community. I don't notice a lot of other local HVAC businesses doing this.
