Everything was good the only problem was that when the service technician installed the hood it was hard to get it connected to the existing duct. I had to help him and we still had a hard time. He had to lean back on to the new range to get under the hood to get the duct lined up. We had put a drop cloth on the range to try to keep it as clean as possible. When my wife came home that night and removed the drop cloth and burner grates to clean them she discovered that there was a chip in the finish under one of the grates. more
