Price and salesman ok, delivery average on my purchase. My mother purchased a new refrigerator as well and has not been so lucky. Her delivery was delayed because of a bad temp. control first time. Second time scheduling was making appointments without checking with me first and before they even got the parts. Caused complications and no one seemed to care when the parts did not show up when they expected and they postponed delivery of my 80 year old mothers refrigerator for the second time. She had to cancel with the people coming to get hers twice so far and reschedule. That's not our fault was reply. I beg to disagree for aforementioned reasons. Price and warranty may not be enough to keep me from looking around a bit if that kind of treatment continues. Especially when this is the second time I have been treated poorly as a customer recently.
