We recently went to dick van dyke to purchase a refrigerator and washer. After giving him the number of Home Depots site we assumed that's what we were getting . So we bought what we thought was going to be stainless steel when the delivered the unit it was white. We didn't have a choice but to except it because our unit was going out and we really needed a fridge. Couldn't wait another week as he said that it would take. Salesperson said that he'd take half the blame it's not my fault The salesman didn't confirm what color we wanted so even though he have us a good deal it's not the color we wanted. As for the free warranty not sure where that statement comes from because we had to pay more to get the warranty . If you chose to go here to buy anything beware make sure they are ordering what you want or you may get what the choose for you. The delivery people were fine no problems there they were good people I feel sorry for them to be caught up in the middle of this. After saying something about giving me a pedestal for the washer to make me happy I thought it was crapy that he came back and said oh you can have it at our cost but I have to take a fridge at my cost that wasn't color I wanted now I want a discounted price for it

While we regret that you did not receive the color you anticipated we did offer to switch the refrigerator out with the correct color, however, you stated that you were fine with keeping the refrigerator since you had already been using it. I refunded the difference from stainless steel to white which you agreed upon.
