Emergency ceiling leak that got got large very fast: called from work and got scheduled this evening: Ryan got it figured out and explained all that needed to be done. He wore foot slippers over his shoes , cleaned up everything and even took the trash out to his truck ! He was polite , interesting to talk to and had a good sense of humor: I now consider him my family plumber
