I had used Dick Van $@!#% in Previous year's, and was very satisfied with all services. My 89 year old mother needed to replace her refrigerator. I suggested Dick Van dyke as the place to go to. So we went there, negotiated a price which would include a ice maker, the door reversed, and delivery. The price was set, along with the delivery time, and bill was paid. The delivery date , and time had to be changed because the refrigerator had to be ordered, and didn't come in in time, which was fine. When the refrigerator was delivered, my mother was told there would be a extra charge for the time it would take install the ice maker, and reverse the door. The two man crew included a trainee, which took extra training time. The door was damage, and has to be ordered, and replaced. I don't know if there will be extra charge for that or not, but i think that the door should have been reversed before delivery, and the charge should have been up front, like a honest business would do. I will tell this to everyone I know, to try to save them any problems, with appliance dealers
