The sales staff at Bloomington's store was excellent, very friendly and helpful. We've purchased there a few times before. We had the same person deliver and install as in the past and he was excellent. Unfortunately the scheduling and customer service regarding that was less than adequate. It left us SO frustrated. I was told the day I purchased the dishwasher that it would be delivered in 2 days. The following morning they called and said it would be there that day between 11 and 3 and they would call 30 minutes beforehand. I rescheduled all my work appointments and cleared my day waiting for them to show up. They called back again and said there were changes in the schedule and it would be delivered between 11 and 3. This was the same time I was given earlier. When there was no word by 2:30 I called the Springfield store. They checked and said it would be delivered in 2 HOURS since they were coming from their last delivery near Chicago! Seriously, when they knew they were going 2 hrs away for another delivery couldn't someone have the courtesy to call and let me know I had a 4 hr window in which I could have ran the errands I needed to? We also had to cancel our dinner plans since the delivery ended up being during that time. There really is no excuse for this lack of customer service. It's very disrespectful to the customer.
