From initial call - my estimate and repair was completed within 3 days! Cricket heard my plea and sent David to my rescue. I was in need of a second story repair on my town home that I was not able to complete myself. David assessed the job, provided a very fair estimate, and completed the repair work the very next morning. David was also kind to point out another potential issue on my roof line, that I was not able to see myself. David was both professional and courteous.
