Terrible company does not repair things in timely manner. Waited 7 days for hot water heater to be fixed. Waited 6 months for dishwasher to be replaced. Problems with ants and rats, garbage on property and have water damage in ceiling that hasn't been repaired they just painted over it and told me it was ok. BEWARE do not rent from them!!!
