Initial meeting was with the owner, Dan, seemed to go well. He gave us a quote and timeline. During initial meeting he made it seem as if he would be on the job site supervising the work, he also made it clear that he collects half payment at beginning of work and half when complete. Timeline of four days was met, however, he became very unprofessional. I had the deposit of half the cost waiting for him to pick up, which he made no effort on doing. I was the one who had to call him and personally request him to stop by to see the progress and so I could give him his deposit. He finally showed up at the job on the third day, again, after I reminded him that he said he would be on the job site and we still haven't even seen him. At that time I gave him the deposit of half the cost. He clearly is not in touch with his employees, considering the second day only one employee showed up, which I again had to be the one to notify him of this, to which he replied ""There were supposed to be 2, I don't know why there isn't."" All communication throughout the entire process was initiated by myself, rather than the actual owner. No effort was made on his part. After the job was completed, he declined to come do a final walk through to make sure I was satisfied, then made it seem as if I was trying to not pay him. He became loud and obnoxious on the phone, saying ""I get paid when the job is done."" Funny that he made no effort, then the first time we spoke he becomes irate. I had the final payment awaiting the owners arrival to do a final walk through. However since there was a lack of communication and an unwillingness from the owner, Dan, to complete a walk through, we had the check waiting for three days for him to pick up. After he became irate on the phone and he made it clear that he was not going to be stopping by, I decided he is not worth the time and breath, we mailed his check to him. I am very dissatisfied. We could have used a handful of other companies than this company, but were completely mislead through our first meeting with the owner. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please beware that if you are expecting professionalism, you will not receive it from this man or company.
