I have to agree with Alice A. My husband had the WORST haircut ever with Diegel. He seems to set the tone lacking in emotional intelligence and runs the place like a prison ward. I have never been to a salon where most of the employees 'cannot stand' the person they work for. As is the case with Diegal. Be careful, this place comes with a lot of arrogant hype! The only good person is the (thankfully) front desk Greg. And Jason a stylist with a heart who wants to do a good job. And he does. I wish Boston Magazine would REALLY research these places before they vote them. This place, is not worth mention in my opinion. It lacks true skill and heart. AND OH, be careful: If you are 10 minutes late, all kind of wrath and havoc prevail!
