The staff is very respectful whether you own a Mercedes or family van. They go over options with you and always keep you in the loop. I have not had a bad experience there. Their mechanics are very knowledgeable also and are careful to keep everything clean while repairing your vehicle. There are other places closer to me but I prefer Rolfs.
